After what he calls "an incredible period at FC Barcelona", the Brazilian full back has passed a medical and signed his contract with the Italian club.

Dani Alves is now officially a Juventus player. The Barça right back from 2008 to 2016 decided to put an end to his time in Catalonia and try something new – and his chosen destination is the Old Lady of Turin in Italy’s Serie A.

The club’s official media has been following events, starting with his arrival at Caselle airport on Sunday and followed by his medical and the signing of his new contract. The formalities over and done with, Alves posed in his new shirt on Tuesday, with number 23 on the back.
